What happens after I submit a booking request?

After submitting your request:
  • The host receives notification of your request
  • They have up to 48 hours to approve or decline
  • You'll receive an email notification of their decision
  • If approved, the host will contact you within 24 hours via LINE, WhatsApp, or phone

How do I pay for my booking?

Payment is arranged directly with your host after booking confirmation. Most hosts accept cash upon arrival, bank transfers, or mobile payment apps like PromptPay. Your host will discuss payment options and timing when they contact you.

Is my booking guaranteed once submitted?

Can I cancel my booking?
